Jerry Gana, Archbishop Ndukuba, Others for Udechukwu Album Launch
All is now set for the public presentation of UDECHUKWU CHRISTIAN GOSPEL ALBUM sang Sis Ann Ekwy Nosike. The lead track and title of the album, Udechukwu is an Igbo praise song extolling the universal reign, echo, peace and majestic reign of God Almighty.
Udechukwu is a song that is expected to resonate across the country because of the edifying and practical spiritual message of godly love it conveys. Other tracks of the seven-tracker praise album include: Idi mma (good God); Ihe nile (all the good deeds of God); Who can battle with God? Chebe umu gi (God guard and protect your children); Nara ekele (accept our thanks, O God) and Ihe Nna merem (what God has done for us).
The event is scheduled for Tuesday May 3, 2022 at the Episcopal Centre (Bishops House), No 301 Ameh Ebute Street, Close to Wuye Ultra Modern Market, Wuye District, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. The commencement time for the event is 3.00 pm.
Special guests invited to the event include the Anglican Communion Archbishop and the Primate of All Nigeria, Most Reverend Henry C. Ndukuba as the Father of the Day, former Information Minister, Professor Jerry Gana as the Special Guest of Honour, Chief Pat Chidolue, the Chairman of Chelsea Hotel, Abuja as Chairman of the occasion and Reverend Oluwaseun Owoeye as the Host.
Udechukwu has been widely hailed as a well rendered and danceable Christian praise music. Sis Ann Ekwy Nosike is an Abuja-based gospel musician who has been singing in various occasions and churches including Anglican, Catholic and Pentecostal congregations.
